Here’s how we’ll level you up in thirty minutes:
Session opens with a quick meditation to open our hearts and minds, where you’ll be invited to set an intention for our time together
You tell me what’s on your mind, or if you’d like to leave it open-ended, we go straight to the next step.
Honestly, either is fine! Open-ended sessions tend to be really fun, and so are the ones where we dig into specific questions
The cards start talking, and the three of us (you, me and the tarot) have a beautiful conversation about what you need to hear most
I give plenty of opportunities for you to react and ask follow-up questions
Session closes with some customized journal prompts and suggestions for how you can continue the work
Within 1 business day of our session, I send you the recording, a reminder of what we talked about, and an optional feedback form
How to prep for your session:
Make sure you have reliable internet connection for our video call
Carve out thirty minutes of uninterrupted YOU time
Grab a journal and a pen if you’d like to take notes. Some people do, some people don’t. Either way I send you the recording!
